Steps -

1. Remove excess.

2. Cover stain with detergent. Use enough to completely cover the stain but not so much that you can not see through the cloth. 

3. Use a sponge or toothbrush (depending on the concentration of the stain) to scrub out what remains on the garment. Repeat step two if necessary.

4.If stain persists; put a small amount of liquid bleach onto the stain and sponge it away.

5. Immediatly after step four rinse the garment. Then put into a wash cycle and dry.
